Job Description

Your day-to-day in a nutshell

  • Answering incoming calls from customers
  • Resolving customer inquiries/requests
  • Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
  • Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing

What are we looking for?

  • At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / SHS Graduate (new curriculum)
  • With at least 3 months Customer Service Experience / Call Center Experience
  • With Excellent communication skills
  • Good comprehension skills
  • Savvy in computer & internet navigation
  • Amenable to work on site

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,900.00 per month
