Job Description
A Customer Service Representative works with clients who have complaints, updates, or inquiries about billing services such as electricity, water, or internet. They provide solutions tailored to individual situations and prioritize customer needs throughout the process.
What we are looking for:
- College Graduate (4YRS Course in Any Field) | Associate Graduate
- College Undergrad. | College Level or Complete at least 4 Semester in College
- Must have 2 Year(s) Customer Sales/Service Rep. experience in BPO Industry (Specifically with Voice International account)
