Job Description
URGENT HIRING: Customer Service Representative
Rate: starting at $5/hour but negotiable based on experience
Location: REMOTE position
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Keep records of customer interactions
- Follow communication procedures and policies
Requirements:
- Proven customer support experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Benefits:
- $100 bonus after 30 days
- $100 bonus after 3 months
- *HMO after 6 months (full-time agents)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: Php250.00 – Php280.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
