Job Description

Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Job Responsibilities:
- Efficiently address inquiries and resolve customer concerns through email, chat, or phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 6 months of experience in a BPO setting, preferably with international accounts
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
