Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join Datamatics Philippines. Your primary responsibilities will include handling all inbound calls, chats, and emails while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs). Candidates with experience in Gladly or ticketing systems such as Zendesk, SAP, or Shopify are preferred. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, and the ability to multitask efficiently are essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: 1 year as a Customer Service Representative required.
Language: English required.
