Job Description
A Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients. They handle inquiries, complaints, and requests with patience and professionalism. They ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Handling and resolving customer complaints or concerns
- Providing product information and suggesting appropriate solutions
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
- Identifying and escalating complex issues to senior representatives
- Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
