Job Description
Diavox Network Inc. is seeking a full-time, onsite Customer Service Representative in Makati. Applicants must have at least one year of phone-based customer service experience (BPO preferred), clear spoken English, and familiarity with CRM systems and preview dialers. Candidates should be available for night or rotating shifts, possess strong listening skills, the ability to produce concise written summaries, empathy, and adaptability, and be comfortable working with multi-window technical environments.
- Starting salary: PHP24,00/month
