Job Description
CS-PAC Global BPO, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative / Dispatch Coordinator to support our CEO and manage client communications effectively. The ideal candidate will:
- Keep the CEO organized and on track
- Assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and employer information
- Manage document workflow and organize schedules
- Monitor and handle client emails and appointments
- Log service requests and oversee vehicle dispatching
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 1 year as a Dispatch Coordinator & 1 year as a Virtual Assistant required.
