Responsibilities:
- Responsible in taking inbound/outbound calls to assist callers in their queries, questions and resolve client concerns.
- Display high level of Call Quality addressing customer’s needs
- Answer inbound/outbound calls in a timely and friendly manner
- Evaluate problems and complaints of the callers and provide proper solutions
- Respond to customers’ needs and provide personalized service.
Qualifications:
- Preferably college graduate of any 4-year course
- Minimum one year of experience in call taking and resolving client queries
- Strong understanding of Life insurance products, services, and processes
- Effective communication skills
- Friendly, energetic, and approachable with a natural flair for great customer service
- Can-do attitude, attention to details, and a real team player
