Job Description
Easycall Communications Philippines Inc. is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to enhance our technology solutions and services. Our mission is to support small and mid-size businesses by providing an all-in-one HR and Payroll platform.
What you’ll do:
- Drive revenue growth through outreach emails & phone calls.
- Answer inbound calls/emails and schedule demo appointments.
- Research and nurture new leads.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on various projects.

Minimum Qualifications:
- College Degree in Business Management or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication skills.
