Job Description
Eclerx is actively seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to enhance our team. In this position, you will assist customers throughout the rollover process and address inquiries via chat, email, and phone. You will develop in-depth knowledge of 401(k)s, rollovers, and IRAs while effectively liaising with financial institutions.
The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of experience in managing accounts related to US 401(k)s, rollovers, or IRAs, accompanied by a vocational or college degree. Fluency in English with a neutral accent is a prerequisite for this role.
