Job Description
Eliteora Solution Philippines Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a representative, you will exhibit professionalism and trustworthiness while showcasing your excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts.
- Contact customers regarding past due accounts and resolve disputes.
- Utilize internet searches and tools effectively.
- Update account records and report on collection activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience: 1 year in Customer Service (Preferred)
