Job Description
Enernova Co., Inc. is looking for a committed Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our customers through chat communications. The ideal candidate will respond to inquiries, offer product information, assist with order management, address complaints, and ensure meticulous documentation.
Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries, deliver accurate product details, manage customer orders, respond to complaints, and maintain relevant documentation.
Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role, proficiency in managing chat interactions, quick typing skills, a stable internet connection, and a bachelor’s degree.
Compensation: Php500.00 per day
