Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our valued customers. Your main duties will include answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing customer orders.
To excel in this role, you must have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. You should also be patient, empathetic, and detail-oriented. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
