Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for receiving bookings from customers
2. Responsible in contacting the Shipping Lines
3. Responsible in preparing and processing of documents
4. Responsible in coordinating details of shipment with the Shipping Lines
5. Responsible in coordinating with other departments regarding trucking, brokerage, and requests for payment
6. Responsible in preparing the Bill of Lading and Certificate of Origin
7. Responsible in ensuring the completion of documents
8. Responsible in sending pre-alert notice to agents
9. Responsible in receiving notice of delay from the Shipping Line
10. Responsible in ensuring that shippers are informed regarding delayed vessel departure
11. Any other duties as may be assigned by the superior
QUALIFICATIONS
1. At least 2 years experience in Freight Forwarding or equivalent
2. 4-year college course
3. Knowledge in computer operations
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php17,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
