Job Description
Required Qualifications:
- Two (2) years’ experience in Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center
- University degree in Business, Commerce, or related field
- Knowledge of foreign and domestic wire transfers processing
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work full-time onsite, including shifting schedules and holidays
- Location: Five/NEO, BGC, Taguig City
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts
- Evening, late, and night shifts
- Supplemental pay: 13th-month salary
