Job Description
FineTech Jobs is hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle customer queries and complaints. You will be responsible for processing orders, making modifications, and escalating issues through various communication channels. The ideal candidate remains calm under pressure and has experience with computers.
Responsibilities include:
