Job Description
· Prepare and handle incoming orders/chat/email/calls promptly in a customer-oriented call center operations environment, following standard procedures.
· Obtain necessary information from callers to resolve issues effectively.
· Track and provide efficient solutions to callers, escalating problems when needed.
· Other assigned tasks as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· High School Graduate or completed 2 years in college
· With or Without BPO experience
· Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
· Willing to work NIGHT SHIFT/SHIFTING SCHEDULE in Ortigas Area, Pasig City
· Immediate Availability
