Job Description
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years Experience in Freight Forwarding
- Graduate of BS in Customs Administration, Supply Chain and Logistics, or any related field.
- Good Communication and People skills.
- Organised and can handle multi tasking.
- Willing to work beyond office hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handles/Assist sales inquiry and shipment.
- Handles agent inquiry and shipment.
- Prepare costing for Billing statements.
- Check shipping line rate for export inquiry sales and agents.
- Prepares quotation for agent/and or sales if needed.
- Daily monitoring for all ongoing shipments.
- Booking with shipping lines for nomination shipments.
- Prepares monthly Production report for Agents nomination and business development.
- Willing to work on site.
- Knowledgeable in INCOTERMS.
- Can start as soon as possible.
