Job Description
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, shipments, and product availability.
Collaborate closely with our fulfillment and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
Monitor order statuses, shipping, and delivery to provide customers with real-time updates.
Resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, and inventory discrepancies with efficiency and professionalism.
Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and technical inquiries.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product catalog and inventory levels.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements in operations and customer service.
Accurately document and track customer interactions and issues.
Assist in managing returns and warranty claims.
Handle other customer service duties as needed.

Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Service Representative: 1 year (Preferred)
