Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive booking requests and confirm with clients.
- Coordinate with the operations team for processing.
- Monitor containers and provide updates to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Answer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
- 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php12,500.00 – Php14,00.00/month
