Job Responsibilities:
- Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues.
- Making outbound calls for sales, surveys, or follow-ups.
- Providing excellent customer service and support, resolving complaints, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Problem-Solving by analyzing situations and providing effective solutions.
- Multitasking by managing tasks simultaneously and adhering to Scripts and Guidelines.
Job Qualifications:
- Amenable to working onsite or hybrid.
- With or without BPO/Call Center experience are welcome to apply.
- At least High School/SHS Graduate.
- Can start asap with average to good communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php19,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month
