Job Description
Yngen Datacom Corp is a BPO company seeking a CSR for the Healthcare Account to work onsite in San Pedro Laguna.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle and assist customer requests via phone, email, and live chat.
- Be an expert in healthcare processes and provide professional support to consumers and doctors.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service handling phone, email, and chat.
- Healthcare account experience preferred.
- Willing to work onsite at ATS Building (San Pedro, Laguna).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php27,00.00 per month
