Job Description
APPLICANTS MUST BE WILLING TO WORK IN EASTWOOD.
An Eligibility and Benefits Coordinator is expected to perform the following tasks:
- Monitoring provider schedules and ensuring schedules are up to date.
- Calling to confirm scheduled appointments and managing crises calls.
- Verifying patient insurances and responding promptly to emails.
- Scheduling new patient referrals and handling intake paperwork.
- Collecting copays and cash payments for services.
Requirements:
- Customer Service in Healthcare experience.
- Good communication skills, ability to work night shifts.
Compensation:
- Salary: From Php37,00.00 per month.
- Benefits: Health insurance, paid training, promotion opportunities.
