QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2-3 years relevant work experience in customer service, sales support, tech product support, or similar functions.
- Background in FINTECH (Financial Technology) and Financial Service Industry.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work within a team.
- Handling customer service requests and inquiries.
- High attention to detail. Organized.
- Experience working with CRM systems and Live Bots.
- Navigate Microsoft and Google suite Products.
- Tech-savvy with a passion for learning new technology.
