Job Description
A Customer Service Representative is a vital member of our team, responsible for providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries or complaints. As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a liaison between our company and our valuable customers.
Your main duties and responsibilities include:
- Effectively resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Providing accurate information about our products and services
- Assisting customers in placing orders and processing returns or exchanges
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat
- Maintaining customer records and updating necessary information
To excel in this role, you must have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. Previous customer service experience and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy are highly desired.
