Job Description

HR Global Services is currently hiring for the position of Customer Service Representative. We are looking for individuals who can provide exceptional support to our clients, who are some of the biggest and most sought-after brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers
  • Sorting out customers’ inquiries or requests
  • Ensuring that customers’ requests are managed in an appropriate and timely manner
  • Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files
  • Maximizing different Concentrix and client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
  • Delivering a high caliber of service in a friendly, confident, and informed manner

Requirements:

  • We accept at least SHS/HS graduate or equivalent with diploma
  • Good to excellent English communication skills
  • Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Computer literate
  • Can start asap
