The Collections Associate performs collection activities for pre-delinquent and past due accounts. This position is key in achieving targets while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities:
- Handle collection calls
- Maintain client records
- Monitor loan progress
- Prepare statements
- Draft collection letters
- Submit productivity reports
- Develop strategies to meet targets
- Address customer issues
