Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative – Hybrid. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

As a Customer Service Representative – Hybrid, you will have the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site, providing flexibility and convenience. You will interact with customers to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide guidance in a professional and courteous manner. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer concerns.

Requirements:
