Job Description
We are seeking a professional Customer Service Representative I – Collections to manage client accounts, contact customers regarding overdue balances, and negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining high service standards. Candidates should possess a high school diploma, strong verbal and written communication skills, basic computer literacy, the ability to handle confidential information, and a focus on meeting targets. Previous collections or customer service experience is preferred.
- Place outbound collection calls and record interactions accurately
- Negotiate and implement payment plans
- Escalate disputes and collaborate with the billing team for timely resolution
