Job Description
Infinity Outsourcing Services is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will provide valuable assistance by delivering helpful information, addressing customer inquiries, and effectively resolving complaints. Qualified applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree and have at least two years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, outstanding organizational and time management skills, and the ability to remain composed under pressure are critical for this role.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive monthly salary ranging from Php18,00.00 to Php20,00.00. Additional benefits include health insurance and opportunities for career advancement. The working hours consist of an 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday, with potential for overtime and weekend availability.
