Job Description

INFINITY SUPPORT PHILIPPINES INC is searching for a dedicated Customer Service Representative.

Excellent communication skills
At least 6 months experience in BPO, Customer Service via Phone and Chat Support

Responsibilities:

Provide superior customer service
Resolve customer issues efficiently
Update status on outstanding cases
