We’re hiring Customer Support Representatives with healthcare and insurance experience, like Medicaid.
Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule treatment appointments
- Handle patient inquiries
- Coordinate meetings
- Make client calls
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years in customer support
- Health/insurance account experience preferred
- Excellent English
- Willingness to learn
Work Schedule:
Mon-Fri, 9pm – 6am (Philippine Time)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php30,00.00 per month
