Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proficient Japanese Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Japanese Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our Japanese-speaking clients via various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in Japanese.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies to Japanese-speaking customers.
  • Assist customers with order processing, account management, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
  • Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and standards for quality assurance and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on product features, promotions, and industry trends to better assist customers.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Japanese (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Can start immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php50,00.00 – Php100,00.00 per month
