Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and emails from customers
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
