Job Description
KamelMedia is actively seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented English Customer Service Representative to become part of our vibrant team in Clark, Pampanga. This full-time, permanent position entails managing customer inquiries and resolving issues, all while ensuring a positive customer experience through outstanding communication skills.
Key responsibilities include engaging with customers via phone, email, and chat. Availability for night shifts is a must. Candidates should possess fluency in English and have a minimum of 12 months of experience in customer service or BPO settings.
The salary for this role ranges from Php20,00.00 to Php30,00.00 per month, and includes additional benefits such as paid training and on-site parking.
