Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and support with accounts background.
Responsibilities:
- Account Management skills
- Answer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product info and process orders
- Upsell products/services for revenue increase
- Resolve customer complaints promptly
Qualifications:
- Accounts Background, Credit control, reconciliation
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong data entry and attention to detail
- Analyze customer needs and recommend solutions
