Job Description
Join LaSea Cargo Logistics (formerly Cargoshop Freight) as a Customer Service Representative. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while coordinating resources to enhance workflow. Your responsibilities will include problem-solving for clients, illustrating the value of our services, and maintaining accurate databases.
We are seeking candidates with at least four years of experience in an administrative role, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in CRM software. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
