Roles and Responsibilities:
Join DXC Technology as a Customer Service Representative (Life Insurance) to deliver services to clients through inbound calls from policy holders and providers.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 1-2+ years of Life Insurance experience
- Proficient in business processes
- Continuous learner in industry knowledge
Other Qualifications:
- Advanced degree a plus
- Certifications like Six Sigma, PMP a plus
