Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative who will also take on the role of Medical Exam Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating medical exams for our clients and assisting them throughout the process.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Prior experience in customer service and knowledge of medical terminology are preferred but not required.
