Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing outstanding service.
Responsibilities include resolving customer complaints, managing incoming calls and emails, and processing orders. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a customer-focused approach.
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
