Job Description
Join MHealthcare International as a Customer Service Representative! In this vital role, you will conduct reviews of medical records and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive appropriate and cost-effective care. Your responsibilities include assessing treatment progress, maintaining detailed records, and advocating for patients’ needs.
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of college education and 1 year of BPO experience. Must be willing to work in Pasay.
