Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Offer suitable remedies and product information.
Qualifications:
- College Level or higher.
- 1-year call center experience with airline exposure.
- Strong analytical skills and open to feedback.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php24,00 – Php30,00 per month
