Job Description
Position: Customer Service Representative
- Take inbound customer calls, provide technical support through active listening and effective troubleshooting.
- Stay updated on new procedures, escalate issues when needed, transfer calls to other departments.
- Qualifications: Open for High School graduates, 6 months’ BPO industry experience, willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php22,00.00 per month
