Job Description
Negrense Marine Integrated Services Inc is looking for a qualified Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and have at least 1 year of experience in customer management. The selected individual should be able to start as soon as possible and be willing to be assigned at 2GO EXPRESS/TRAVEL – SM BACOOR.
Responsibilities include accommodating passengers for travel ticket issuance, handling express and FedEx transactions, and responding to inquiries regarding retail services. Timely reporting and remittance of cash, along with other assigned duties, are essential.
