Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering incoming calls from customers
- Sorting out customers’ inquiries or requests
- Ensuring customers’ requests are managed appropriately
- Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files
- Delivering high-quality service with confidence
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate
- 6 – 12 months Customer Service Experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work on site
