Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls from customers, answering questions and inquiries
- Troubleshoot problems and provide information
- Handle complaints regarding the organization’s products or services
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of call center experience
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer navigation skills
- At least high school graduate
