Job Description
NETL BPO SERVICES INC is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include handling complaints, guiding customers through troubleshooting, and collaborating with the accounts department for accurate transactions.
Requirements:
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Strong active listening and interpersonal skills
- Amenable to shift schedules (7PM to 4AM, 11PM to 8AM)
- Onsite work at Alabang office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary, overtime pay, performance bonus
