We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join ClearSource in the non-voice department. As a Non-Voice Customer Service Representative, your role involves assisting customers through email, chat, and written channels. Your main responsibilities include providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key tasks include prompt responses to inquiries, accurate interaction logs, and proactive follow-ups for resolution. Strong written communication skills and customer-centricity are vital. Prior customer service experience and written proficiency are preferred.
