Job Description
Join Telesys BPO as a full-time, permanent Customer Service Representative (Non-Voice). The streamlined one-day hiring process includes same-day job offers. You will handle customer inquiries via chat and email, resolve issues promptly, and deliver professional service in a fast-paced on-site environment.
- Qualifications: High school diploma (college preferred); excellent written communication; BPO experience optional; ability to manage high contact volumes; willing to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Compensation: Php18,00–Php28,00/month. Fresh graduates welcome.
